Potential students for the Corporate MBA Program will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Performance on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)*
- Undergraduate grade point average (GPA) earned during the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate work
- Letters of Recommendation
- Personal Essays
- Work experience
*Applicants with seven or more years of significant work experience, an advanced degree, or an acceptable score on another graduate admission test may qualify for a GMAT Waiver.
The Corporate MBA Program is a fee based program rather than a tuition based one. In order to participate, applicants must:
- meet our admission criteria, and
- have the approval and sponsorship of a company or corporation. Sponsorship may consist of full financial sponsorship or partial financial sponsorship or the sponsoring organization may simply agree to serve as the agent through which payments for program expenses are arranged.
Payments cannot come directly to the University from an individual student. In the case of the new CMBA Program sponsored by the McLean County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber may serve as the sponsoring agency.
